1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AI Advertiser website (ai-advertiser.com) and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or purchase our programs. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Advertiser, operated by Brez Scales ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

AI Advertiser offers an educational coaching program ("AI Advertiser Accelerator") designed to teach participants how to start and grow an AI-powered advertising agency. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Self-paced educational course modules
• Weekly group coaching calls with our team
• Access to a private community of students
• Templates, scripts, standard operating procedures, and tools
• One-on-one strategy sessions (as included in your plan)

3. Payment Terms

By enrolling in the AI Advertiser Accelerator, you agree to pay the full program fee as outlined during your strategy call. Payment options and pricing are discussed on a per-applicant basis. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment processors. If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for all scheduled payments regardless of whether you continue to actively use the program.

4. 90-Day Conditional Guarantee

We offer a 90-day conditional money-back guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate all of the following within 90 days of enrollment:

• Attended at least 80% of scheduled weekly coaching calls
• Completed 100% of the core course modules
• Sent a minimum of 50 documented outreach messages to potential clients
• Launched at least 2 test advertising campaigns

If you have completed all of the above requirements and have not signed a single paying client, contact us at support@ai-advertiser.com with documentation and we will either continue working with you at no additional cost or issue a full refund. Refund requests that do not meet all four conditions will not be honored.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the AI Advertiser Accelerator — including but not limited to course materials, videos, templates, scripts, SOPs, frameworks, and community content — is the proprietary intellectual property of AI Advertiser. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal education. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly display any program content without prior written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the application and enrollment process
• Use program materials solely for your own education and business
• Not share login credentials or program content with third parties
• Conduct yourself professionally within the community
• Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction
• Take full responsibility for your own business decisions and results

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Advertiser, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program. You acknowledge that results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and numerous factors outside our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior within the community, or sharing proprietary program content. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
